By accessing or using WynLeads, you acknowledge and agree to the following disclaimers, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
1. No Guarantee of Accuracy
- While we use advanced technology to transcribe and analyze calls, we do not represent or warrant that any transcriptions, key-point detection, or AI-generated insights will be accurate, complete, up to date, or free from errors, bias, or omissions.
- Users are solely responsible for verifying any data, analysis, or insight before relying on it for business, legal, compliance, financial, or other critical decisions.
2. No Legal, Financial, or Professional Advice
- AI-generated outputs, reports, or recommendations are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, or other professional advice.
- Brightwyn Private Limited and WynLeads do not act as your advisor or fiduciary in any capacity, and nothing on the platform should be construed as creating such a relationship.
- Users must consult their own qualified professionals before making any business, legal, financial, tax, or compliance-related decisions.
3. Third-Party Services
- Our platform integrates with external APIs and third-party services (including, without limitation, telephony, email, AI, analytics, voice synthesis, storage, and communication tools).
- Brightwyn Private Limited and WynLeads do not control and expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for the availability, performance, security, accuracy, reliability, compliance, or data handling practices of these third-party providers.
- Any use of third-party services, outputs, or integrations is at the user’s sole risk and subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.
4. User Responsibility
- Users are solely responsible for all content and data they upload, record, or analyze through WynLeads, including its accuracy, legality, and compliance with applicable laws.
- By uploading or recording call or personal data, users confirm that they have obtained all necessary permissions, consents, and lawful bases (e.g., from customers, prospects, or employees) required under applicable laws and regulations.
- Brightwyn Private Limited and WynLeads expressly disclaim any responsibility or liability for unauthorized, unlawful, or improper use of the platform by users or their personnel.
5. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brightwyn Private Limited, WynLeads, and each of their respective affiliates, partners, directors, employees, agents, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, punitive, or special damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, opportunities, or data, or for business interruption, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the aggregate liability of Brightwyn Private Limited, WynLeads, and their affiliates, related to or arising from the platform, the information provided on it, or your use of or inability to use the Services, exceed the total fees (if any) actually paid by you to Brightwyn Private Limited for the WynLeads Services during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim. If you use the Services free of charge, our aggregate liability shall be limited to INR 1,000.
- Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, we do not assume liability for any reliance you place on AI insights, reports, or CRM data; any errors, omissions, interruptions, delays, security incidents, or failures in service; or any force majeure events (including acts of God, natural disasters, internet failures, power outages, or governmental actions).

- WynLeads and all related information, content, and features are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
- Brightwyn Private Limited and WynLeads make no warranties, express, implied, or statutory, regarding accuracy, completeness, performance, uptime, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the platform will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
